Institutional Trade Matching StatementNational Instrument 24-101 Institutional Trade Matching Statement and Settlement came into force April 1, 2007. NI 24-101 provides a framework in Canadian securities legislation for ensuring more efficient, timely processing and settlement of institutional trades. CDS participants are required to provide trading counterparties with a written statement signed by a senior executive officer that confirms they have in place processes and procedures that allow matching within prescribed limits. |
