Cheque Imaging Service offers customers a convenient, cost-effective method to view cheques that have cleared through your HSBC Canadian and US dollar accounts domiciled in Canada.
Key Benefits and Features
- Online cheque image viewing is available through our internet delivery channels
- You can save, print, rotate and zoom in/out of the front and back of the image.

Cheque images with the following details can be viewed using Adobe (PDF) Reader:
- account number
- value date
- cheque number
- amount
- branch transit number
- Cheques that have cleared your account during the last 100 days from the current date are available for online viewing, while those over 100 days from the current date can be requested and delivered to you by mail or fax
- Cheques presented for imaging must comply with CPA Standard 006.
