The HSBC Business Centre provides person-to-person support for HSBC Business Banking customers. To speak with a Business Banking Specialist for help with your day-to-day transactions and enquiries, or a Relationship Manager for support of all your other banking needs, call 1-866-808-4722 (HSBC).

What can the HSBC Business Centre help me with? 

Available through the automated service:

  • Enquiries about rates offered by HSBC Bank Canada to business customers;
  • Balances and transactions; and,
  • Statement requests. 

Business Banking Specialists can help you with:

  • Registering for Business Internet, Telephone Banking and BankCards;
  • Transferring funds;
  • Bill payments;
  • Investing or renewing Term Deposits and GIC’s;
  • Stop-payment orders; and
  • Help with investigations, replacing bank cards, and managing lost or stolen bank cards. 

For help with more complex banking needs and support for your long-term business goals, you can also speak person-to-person with a Relationship Manager.

The automated service at the HSBC Business Centre is available 24/7. Business Banking Specialists are available by phone from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET/ 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. PT Monday to Friday.  Relationship Managers are available by phone from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET/ 5:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT Monday to Friday.

Eligible customers must register for Business Telephone Banking to access the full services capabilities of the HSBC Business Centre.
