Important Information about the HSBC Premier MasterCard:

To apply for an HSBC Premier MasterCard, you must be an HSBC Premier client. To qualify for an HSBC Premier relationship, you are required to:

• open and maintain an HSBC Premier chequing account, and
• maintain $100,000 in combined personal deposit and investment balances

Business owners may use their commercial balances to qualify for the personal HSBC Premier relationship. HSBC Premier monthly banking fees may apply (refer to the Personal Service Charges/Statement of Disclosure). The HSBC Premier MasterCard is subject to credit approval.

In order to maintain an HSBC Premier MasterCard account, you must continue to hold an HSBC Premier chequing account. Otherwise, we will close the HSBC Premier MasterCard account and the outstanding balance must be repaid in full. If you are not an HSBC Premier client or you do not wish to apply for an HSBC Premier MasterCard you may apply for a standard HSBC MasterCard which is subject to different rates, fees and features/benefits.
