The investment requirement under both Immigrant Investor Programs (Federal and Quebec1) is C$800,000 and yields no interest (0%). The following financing options are available to assist investors with financing either program:
Up-Front Financing Package
- Remit an up-front amount that comprises of all fees and interest cost for the 5-year loan to HSBC and we will arrange for the funds to be advanced by way of a loan to complete the C$800,000 investment requirement
- No monthly payments required
- You will not receive any interest or capital return at maturity of your investment period

Total cost of this Up-Front Financing Package is limited to your initial remittance that is agreed upon with HSBC
Flexible Financing Package
- Requires investment of the entire C$800,000
- Apply after obtaining Permanent Resident Visa and settling in Canada
- Provides you with a personal line of credit with HSBC Bank Canada, at a preferential rate of interest, using your C$800,000 investment as security
