Straight to Market Processing

HSBC InvestDirect (HIDC) offers select clients in good financial standing straight to market processing resulting in faster trading on North American exchanges.

Qualifying orders:

• All North American equity orders excluding odd and mixed lots and short sell orders.
• Certain option orders - buys to open a position or sells to close a position.

HIDC client orders may be sent directly to the exchange or market without prior review by HIDC. HIDC clients are responsible to ensure that they have adequate funds to cover intra-day trade positions.

HSBC InvestDirect ("HIDC") utilizes the trading services of HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc. and as such HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc. has the right to reject, change or remove any order entered by an HIDC client or to cancel any trade resulting from an order entered by an HIDC client.
