With the HSBC MasterCard Pre-Authorized Debit Plan, you can automatically make your monthly payment from any chequing or savings account at any financial institution in Canada. So you never have to worry about missing another MasterCard payment again.

Pay the minimum. Or the full amount. It's up to you.

Choose the monthly payment option that suits your needs. You can pay the minimum monthly payment or the entire balance reflected on your account statement. The choice is yours.

Signing up for HSBC MasterCard Pre-Authorized Debit Plan is simple. And there's no charge! All you have to do is:

  1. Print, complete and sign the form for the HSBC MasterCard Pre-Authorized Debit Plan to authorize HSBC to withdraw funds from your selected financial institution's account. Click here to download the Authorization Form.
  2. Fax the Authorization Form with a void cheque or the top portion of your financial institution personal account statement to HSBC MasterCard at 1-866-371-HSBC (4722).
  3. Retain a completed copy of the Authorization Form for your records.

You may also mail the Authorization Form with a void cheque or the top portion of your financial institution personal account statement to:

Drop the application off with a void cheque or the top portion of your financial institution personal account statement at your nearest HSBC Bank Canada branch.

Once your request is received, it will take at least 5 business days to process. After processing, your bill will be paid automatically from the account you've selected on the statement due date. Please continue to make your payments until you receive your HSBC MasterCard Pre-Authorized Debit Plan enrolment confirmation letter in the mail.
