With the HSBC Mastercard Pre-Authorized Debit Plan, you can automatically make your monthly payment from any chequing or savings account at any financial institution in Canada. No need to worry about missing another Mastercard payment again.

You can pay the minimum monthly payment or the entire balance reflected on your account statement. Choose the best option that fits your needs.
Signing up is easy, and there’s no charge.
All you have to do is print, complete and sign the Authorization Form and:
- Scan and email the form to us at HSBCMastercardPAD@hsbc.ca, or
- Drop it off at an HSBC branch, or
- Mail it to us at:

Note: If your payment will be coming from an account at another financial institution, please include a void cheque or the top portion of your account statement (this section should show your name, address, account number and financial institution).
We recommend you keep a completed copy of the Authorization Form for your records.
What happens next?
Your request will take 5 business days to process once we’ve received it. After processing, we’ll send you a confirmation letter in the mail. Your bill will be paid automatically on the payment due date from the account you've selected.
