To open a non-personal HSBC InvestDirect account, follow the steps below: 

1. Download and complete the required forms 
2. Print out and sign the completed application forms 
3. Provide verification of identity as outlined in the application form  (photo identification must be physically verified by HSBC branch personnel or HSBC InvestDirect office) 
4. Mail the application forms to HSBC InvestDirect or drop them off at your nearest HSBC branch

Required forms:

• HSBC InvestDirect Non-personal account application form 
• List Directors of your company: Incumbency Certificate 
• For non-U.S. entity: W-8BEN-E form 
• Identify additional beneficial owners: Beneficial Ownership Determination Form 
• Provide guarantee by company officers: Guarantee of Account Form 

To transfer funds from another financial institution, you’ll have to submit Non-Registered Account Transfer form
