We will work with all of our personal and small business customers who may be experiencing financial hardship due to COVID-19. You can submit your payment relief request for processing directly online.

If you want to learn more about available options before you decide, read our latest FAQs below.

Once you’ve decided, choose and submit your payment relief options:

  1. If you have Online banking, select ‘Log on’
  2. If you’re not registered for Online banking, select ‘Complete form’ – this option takes longer because we need to call you to confirm information


If you've previously submitted a request and already received a call from us, you don’t need to re-submit your request.
