Log on to Online banking or the HSBC Canada Mobile Banking app to send an INTERAC e-Transfer®.

Register for Autodeposit to safely and securely receive INTERAC e-Transfer® transactions
Tip: If Autodeposit is not set up, use a strong password using a mix of letters, numbers and special characters. Make sure you share the answer to the security questions via a safe channel like phone or in person.
We waive the INTERAC e-Transfer fee when you transfer using your HSBC Canadian dollar chequing or savings account. It is free to receive an INTERAC e-Transfer.
For accounts with a limited number of free transactions, regular transaction fees may apply if you perform an INTERAC e-Transfer over the number of transactions allowed.
